Conclusion: Findings from this study support the importance of raising awareness and improving targeted contraceptive counseling for premenopausal women with early breast cancer.

These women would benefit from a multi-disciplinary approach including their PCP, OB-GYN, breast surgeon, medical oncologist together with a genetic councilor and a psychiatrist.
