Benign metastatic leiomyoma (BML) is a histologically benign disease with invasive biological behavior. Most patients are women of childbearing age with a history of uterine leiomyoma. The progress of the disease is relatively slow, the prognosis is good, and most patients can survive for a long time.

Conclusion/Relevance: Combined with the clinical data of this case and reviewing the relevant literature, this paper discusses the pathological characteristics, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment of BML.
